You can contact us by using our contact form or calling 1-855-413-4998.

What about the payday loan fees and interest? Expand

Once you’re enrolled in our program, we will work with your lenders to stop all interest and fees on your loans.

Is there more than one program to choose from? Expand

Yes. Payday loan consolidation is a process that has to work for you. Our programs are designed to provide relief and settle your payday loans on a budget you can afford.

What are the fees that I must pay Real PDL Help to join your program? Expand

Fees vary based on the state you live in. Each state has specific guidelines for payday loan debt relief programs. We have no advance fees for our program, and we cannot collect fees without resolving your payday loan debt. Fees normally range from 8% to 20% of the enrolled amount of debt into the program.

How do I apply for your program? Expand

It’s easy! You can apply using our online application. One of our team members will be in touch immediately. Or you can give us a call at 18554134998.

Can you make the payday lender stop debiting my bank account? Expand

Yes. Once you’re enrolled in our program, we immediately revoke their EFT authorization. So, they will no longer be able to automatically debit your bank account.

Will the phone calls from my lenders stop? Expand

As soon as you enroll in our debt consolidation program, the first thing we do is send a cease and desist letter to all of your lenders. We then become the main contact for all of your payday loan debts. Our first priority is to stop the harassing phone calls and to get the payday lenders out of your bank account.

How quickly does it take to get things started? Expand

As soon as we receive your completed welcome packet (it only takes a few minutes to complete), we immediately begin the process of contacting your payday lenders. We can get started as early as that same day!

How long is your program? Expand

Our program length varies based on the amount of debt you owe, your monthly income, and how quickly you’d like to get out of debt. Our programs are typically 6, 12, or 18 months long.

If I enroll in your program, how much will my new monthly payment be? Expand

Your new monthly payment will be a fraction of what you’ve been paying. Depending on the length of the program you sign up for, your new payment is typically 10-30% of what you were paying before.

Does Real PDL Help hold my money before paying the lenders? Expand

No, unlike other companies, we do not hold your money in limbo for months before paying your lenders. Once you begin our program, we will work with your lenders to establish new repayment arrangements. As soon as we receive your first payment for your lenders, we pay them immediately.

What is the minimum amount of payday loan debt I must have to work with you? Expand

We work with anyone who is unable to pay off their current debts due to financial constraints or the high interest and fees accrued on your debts. However, we typically do not work with people who have less than $600 in payday loan debt.

Will payday lenders still automatically debit my checking account? Expand

No. The first stage in payday loan consolidation is the most important. We will notify your payday lenders and revoke all previously made EFT authorizations. No more debits!

Do I have to close my checking account? Expand

No. Never let anyone tell you that you must close a checking account when getting payday loan relief. If you feel the situation calls for closing the account, though, you may.

Can I cancel if I don’t feel the program fits me? Expand

Yes, you can cancel the program at any time. All you have to do is let a customer service representative know and they will gladly assist you. Once cancelled, you will be responsible for all of the loans.

How can I dispute credit report errors? Expand

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), both the (Credit Reporting Agency) CRA and the organization that provided the information to the CRA, such as a bank or a credit card company, have responsibilities for correcting inaccurate or incomplete information in your report. To protect all your rights under the law, contact both the CRA and the information provider.

First, tell the CRA, in writing, what information you believe is inaccurate. Include copies (NOT originals) of documents that support your position. In addition to providing your complete name and address, your letter should clearly identify each item in your report that you dispute, state the facts, and explain why you dispute the information. Also be sure to request deletion or correction of the error(s). You may want to enclose a copy of your report with the items in question circled. Send your letter by certified mail, return receipt requested, so you can document what the CRA received. Keep copies of your dispute letter and enclosures.

CRAs must reinvestigate the items in question (usually within 30 days) unless they consider your dispute frivolous. They also must forward all relevant data you provide about the dispute to the information provider. After the information provider receives notice of a dispute from the CRA, it must investigate, review all relevant information provided by the CRA, and report the results to the CRA. If the information provider finds the disputed information to be inaccurate, it must notify all nationwide CRAs so they can correct this information in your file. Disputed information that cannot be verified must be deleted from your file.

If your report contains erroneous information, the CRA must correct it.
If an item is incomplete, the CRA must complete it. For example, if your file shows that you were late making payments, but failed to show that you were no longer delinquent, the CRA must show that you’re current.
If your file shows an account that belongs only to another person, the CRA must delete it.

Will my creditors work with you? Expand

Our answer, in most cases, is a resounding YES! For more information, please contact us at 1-855-413-4998 for a free quote.

What is the difference between “debt consolidation” and a “debt consolidation loan”? Expand

There is an important difference between “debt consolidation” and a “debt consolidation loan”. Debt consolidation loans turn unsecured debt into secured debt. Debt consolidation loans usually require some form of collateral, such as the family home. A very large majority of people who apply for these types of loans end up in deeper financial trouble than they were before. The reason this happens is because these loans do not reduce the amount you owe. In addition, you jeopardize your two most valuable assets – your house and your family. It won’t be long before your credit cards are maxed out to their limit once again. The only difference is that this time you will have two types of loans to pay off: your credit cards and the home equity loan. You will then be facing several unfortunate possible consequences, including bankruptcy and foreclosure.

Debt consolidation involves taking multiple loans and combining them into one, to (a) reduce your overall interest rate and (b) combine multiple monthly payments into one.

How are Fees Paid to Real PDL Help? Expand

Fees vary based on the state you live in. Each state has specific guidelines for payday loan debt relief programs. We have no advance fees for our program, and we cannot collect fees without resolving your payday loan debt. Fees normally range from 8% to 20% of the enrolled amount of debt into the program.

Does Payday Loan Consolidation Affect My Credit? Expand

Most payday loan companies do not report to the credit bureau agencies. In fact, payday loan companies use your direct deposit as their credit check.
